This patch fixes bug 2391 in openfabrics bugzilla. This bug is a blocker for Chelsio to reume its QA. I have already pushed its fix in the kernel.org. It has not been accepted yet so putting this fix in linux-next-pending directory. Hopefully it will be included in next daily build.

    cxgb4: Remove unnecessary #ifdef condition

    This patch also fixes the build failure caused due to removal of #ifdef
    CONFIG_CHELSIO_T4_OFFLOAD condition
