In the latest daily build
(http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/OFED/ofed-3.5-daily//OFED-3.5-20120831-0600.tgz),
the file ../compat-rdma-3.5/compat/compat-3.5.c, it appears that the line

#include <linux/module.h>

is needed to provide a definition for the EXPORT_SYMBOL(sym) macro.
