[ewg] [GIT PATCH OFED 3.5 rc6] pull request: fix RDS qib interop

Some background on this patch.

This patch was accepted upstream at the end of Dec-2012 or early this month.  For a while, we thought it a minor issue and did not push to OFED-3.5.  Only on Monday did I realize that RDS was a mandatory part of the Linux testing at Interop (which I confirmed with Rupert), and that our HCA will fail RDS tests without this patch.  This patch has been tested successfully as part our internal testing.

Please accept this patch for OFED-3.5 RC6.
