[ewg] Changes in EWG chairmen

Hello all,

I wish to inform you that due to my focus change to Windows, I will no longer chair the EWG group.
Rupert Dance will replace me and will become a Co-Chair of EWG with Woody (Robert Woodruff).
Vladimir Sokolovsky will replace me as Mellanox representative in the EWG.
I wish a great success to both Rupert and Vladimir.

And some personal words:
I have been with EWG from its first steps and drive the first OFED release at 2007.
During these years EWG had a real contribution for the RDMA technology and achieved an important collaboration 
between the different companies at OFA, and I am sure EWG will continue to provide added value to the OFA community and deliver OFED releases.

I wish to thank you all for the good cooperation over the years.
