OFED-3.5-MIC-beta1 is now available at:

OFED-3.5-MIC is a branch release of OFED-3.5 that contains host-side extensions
for Intel(R) Many Integrated Core Architecture (Intel(R) MIC Architecture).

This release requires the Intel(R) Manycore Platform Software Stack (Intel(R)
MPSS) to be installed on your machine.  The Intel(R) MPSS package contains
header files and module symbols that are required to build the OFED-3.5-MIC
source RPMs and run the software.  Intel(R) MPSS can be downloaded from
http://software.intel.com/mic-developer.

This is a beta release provided for early testing.

Changes from OFED-3.5-MIC-alpha1:

- Added support for SLES11sp3 with minimal QA on this version. PSM (Performance
  Scaled Messaging) is not currently supported on SLES11sp3.

- Added support for Intel(R) True Scale InfiniBand Adapters and PSM to Intel(R)
  Xeon Phi(TM). The ib_qib module is not currently supported on RHEL6.4.

- Added host-side support for Mellanox(R) Connect-IB(TM) (mlx5) HCAs. An
  upcoming mpss_gold_update_4 release will provide support for mlx5 from the
  coprocessor.

- Updated DAPL package to 2.0.36.10. An upcoming mpss_gold_update_4 release
  is required to use the Intel(R) Xeon Phi(TM) Coprocessor Communication Link
  (CCL) proxy service.

- Documentation updates and bug fixes.
