[ewg] cxgb4 OFED-3.12 status

Hey Rupert,

I cannot attend today's meeting due to a conflict.

Here is Chelio's status:

Bugs 2481, 2483, and 2484 are ready to be pulled into OFED.  I'm just 
waiting for Roland to ACK the fixes.

Bug 2485 is being analyzed now, and we should have a fix this week.

Bug 2486 has a fix ready to submit to Vlad.  I was waiting for the 
others to send all at once.

2482 - The fixes are being reviewed/tested by the upstream nfs rdma 
developers.

Ideally all of these should make OFED-3.12, but 2482 might take too long 
to get flushed out upstream.  So I request that 2481, 2483, 2484, 2485, 
and 2486 be "stop ship" for OFED-3.12.  I'd rather wait on RC2 for these.
