[ewg] OFED-3.18: Added RHEL6.5/6 support

Hi,
I added backport patches for ib_core, ib_ipoib and mlx4/5 to support RHEL6.5/6.

The latest daily build: https://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/OFED/ofed-3.18-daily/OFED-3.18-20141217-0022.tgz

To install, run:
# ./install.pl --all --without-cxgb3 --without-cxgb4 --without-ipath_inf --without-qib --without-iser --without-srp --without-ocrdma --without-be2net --without-cxgb3i --without-cxgb4i --without-rds

Please start working on other backports.
