Hi Tatyana,
There is an issue in libnes-1.1.4.tar.gz:

$ rpmbuild -ts --nodeps --define '_topdir /tmp/vlad/topdir' --define 'dist %{nil}'  /tmp/libnes-1.1.4.tar.gz
error: Failed to read spec file from /tmp/libnes-1.1.4.tar.gz

There is no libnes.spec file in the tarball.
You should run "configure" before creating the tarball.
