Failed to build the source RPM:

$ rpmbuild -ts --nodeps --define '_topdir /tmp/vlad/topdir' --define 
'dist %{nil}' --define '_source_filedigest_algorithm md5' --define 
'_binary_filedigest_algorithm md5' /tmp/vlad/libiwpm/libiwpm-1.0.1.tar.gz
error: %changelog not in descending chronological order
