New release of libiwpm is now available at https://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/libiwpm/ to be included in OFED-3.18-1 daily build.

Changes:
-       Adding iwpmd.conf file and conf file parsing capabilities to the port mapper
-       Currently the conf file is used to specify a larger size for the netlink socket receive buffer (fix for Bug 2559)
