[ewg] Status for IB/ipoib: set max CM MTU when moving to CM mode

Hello all,

I searched a lot but didn't find anything about this patch

It never made upstream or may be got lost track? I could locate it in OFED-1.5.4-1 under
kernel_patches/fixes/ipoib_0390_restore_cm_mtu.patch,
but its not present anywhere after it.

Can we pull this patch in?
