Please pull these changes from my compat and compat-rdma trees.  They add the RHEL7.2 backport for cxgb4.

The compat change can be pulled from git://git.openfabrics.org/~swise/compat using the for-vlad branch.

The compat-rdma changes can be pulled from git://git.openfabrics.org/~swise/compat-rdma using the for-blad branch.
