Hi,
The latest OFED build (OFED-4.8-20161010-0609.tgz)  includes support for 
RHEL7.2 and SLES12 SP2 with the following components: ib_core, mlx4 
(core, ib and en) and ib_ipoib.
ocrdma and mthca were disabled in OFED's install script.
Compilation issue on kernel 4.8 was fixed.

To install it, use the attached ofed.conf:

# cd OFED-4.8-20161010-0609
# ./install.pl -c /tmp/ofed.conf

Note:
I will be on vacation starting today October 10 till November 1.
