[ewg] Packages and Bugs

Hi All,

 

I have uploaded and attached the latest OFED User Package status and the
list of bugs for today's meeting.

Issues:

1.      libocrdma

o   The latest.txt file for libocrdma package still indicates version 1.0.7
and so both 3.18-2 and 4.8 OFED contain the old version of this library. 

o   http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/libocrdma/latest.txt

2.      librdmacm

o   This library is no longer with the OFED downloads and is causing
confusion. Kernel people don't know what is current and which git tree to
pull.

o   Should we ask to keep all OFED libraries together?

o   Should we ask Sean to notify us whenever he posts an update to
librdmacm, libfabric and fabtests so we can stay current?

o   Which git tree is the correct location of the package?

3.      gen2

o   Is this a legitimate OFED version or should we delete it. See Bug 2607
<http://bugs.openfabrics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2607> 

o   Bug submitters are sloppy about specifying platform, OS, and OFED
versions - what do we do about it?
