Vlad, Please pull the changes to the install.pl script from my ofed_scripts repo to be included in the RC1 build.

The prior patch enabled NVMe-oF in the wrong array so we do not have the option to build NVMe-oF even on a 4.8 kernel.

Sorry for causing an extra pull for RC1.
