Yes, please send updated release notes to Rupert. Looks like RC3 on Wednesday and GA in 2 weeks if all goes well. 
This gives everyone time to test RC3 and get release notes updated.

*  Will open new Bugzilla bug for tracking
*  Replace text in LICENSE file with new approved text from OFA board.
