[ewg] New bug #2670: UNH-IOL OpenFabrics testing; qib load failure on ofed-4.8-2

Hello Vlad,

For some reason rdmavt is not being built and loaded so the qib driver load fails in OFED 4.8-2. It was working in OFED 4.8-1. We applied a patch (attached) to install.pl script to get it to build and load.

Can you please verify and include in the next daily build?
