Hi Arlin,
I added a note to OFED_release_notes.txt regarding '--without-depcheck' 
flag.
I got no any update from Tatyana regarding missing dependency in the 
install.pl.

> 	2. kernel.org 4.8 build issue, details forwarded. 	Vlad, status?
Build issue on 4.8 was fixed.
