CI testing of upstream kernels prior to the code being integrated into distributions, which helps find and fix bugs once instead of once per distro. In addition, this is a service provided to upstream community free of charge, like 0-day testing and Syzkaller testing. You get the ability to tout your company as a contributing member to this upstream service.
Interoperability testing against other iWARP vendors without having to go buy all the other vendor's hardware.
A place to login and test things yourself in the event that some sort of incompatibility is found.
A place to login and update firmware on your own hardware to release candidate level firmware and run that against other vendor's hardware without having to buy all the other vendor's hardware.
A place to run the new Logo program and get Logo certification for your hardware.
That's an inexhaustive list of things you get from this.
