[fsdpwg] The account with CDW Doug request to purchase equipment has been established

This turned out to be very easy. We were assigned an account rep who
specializes in nonprofit SIGs and was familiar with the LF and the kind of
relationship we have with them.

The LF is already familiar with CDW and in fact has an existing account
with them
