[fsdpwg] Mellanox session submissions to the Workshop

Doug, re the question above, as I read the Session Submissions, I don't see
any from Mellanox. You didn't ask but I'll volunteer there's no one from
Mellanox on the TPC. The leaders in submitting proposals are Intel and OSU

If you have any thoughts as to what I should do about this as chair of the
TPC, please let me know
