[fsdpwg] Beaker Downtime (02/16/22)

Hello all,

I wanted to write you all a quick email to inform you of the planned
downtime of the Beaker server. On Wednesday, February 16th the Beaker
server will be taken down for maintenance starting at 1:30 PM (EST). This
will cause things such as the Beaker web interface and automated testing
services through Beaker to go offline temporarily so please plan
accordingly.
