Thanks, I've applied this.

I'm curious to get feedback (especially from people who aren't "IB
experts") on whether the INFINIBAND_CM and INFINIBAND_DM_CLIENT
options seem like too much control (and maybe should be hidden unless
EMBEDDED==y).
