Thanks, this looks good to me (not that I'm a network layer locking
expert).  I think I'll hold off comitting until the real 2.6.9 release
comes out though (same policy I used for my incompatible MSI API
changes).  Those who run bleeding-edge kernels can just apply this for
their local trees.
