I've saved it off as diff-openib-set_ci
Applied fine but still getting the "Unhandled event 0f(00) on eqn 3"
message. :^(

I'm not done staring at the code but will have to give up for today.

BTW, a better name for "set_ci" might be "ci_full" or "stop_ci".
