[openib-general] IPoIB still not working

I tried replacing the PCI-E card with a PCI-X card without 
changing any software and ping works just fine with the PCI-X card
on my EM64T system. 

As I mentioned before, I was running 5.4.6-rc4 in the PCI-E card and it
still fails,
so there is some other issue with the PCI-E card that needs to be 
investigated.
