[openib-general] IPoIB still not working

The real question is how come the Mellanox PCI-E card does not seem to 
work with the openib.org IPoIB ? 
I replaced the PCI-E card with a PCI-X card and it works fine.
With the PCI-E card, it appears (from the counters logged in
/sys/class/infiniband/mtcha0/ports/1/counters)
that the PCI-E card is sending data but not receiving any.
