[openib-general] MT25218 (aka Arbel memfree) support

The current (5.0.1) MemFree FW does not support the HCA-attached memory.

As I understand it, only memfree mode is supported for Arbel mode.
However, if onboard memory is ever supported, I think we would just
have the driver prefer using HCA-attached memory to system memory.
