[openib-general] IPoIB still not working

That should work.  I definitely was able to ping earlier with my
kernel/rootFS, but maybe that was depending on some previous state.

You could go through Hal's IPoIB debugging FAQ, or if you reenable my
account I should be able to take a look today.
