Apropos tvflash, I think we want to copy mstflint from
https://openib.org/svn/trunk/contrib/mellanox/mstflint/
to somewhere under https://openib.org/svn/gen2/trunk/src/userspace/
As with tvflash, no driver is required,
and Mellanox does not support flashing tvflash for Mellanox-produced boards,
you really need mstflint for these.
