The most precise info is the source code, which is all checked in to
OpenIB subversion.

Since Woody presented his opinion at OLS, the controversy has been
settled.  All open source development is focused on the "gen2" OpenIB
stack with API specified in https://openib.org/svn/trunk/contrib/intel
