The MAD layer is not quite ready to be used by others as yet. Send needs
testing and SMI needs to be tested. At that point, it will be announced
to the list. I'm hopeful that it won't be much longer. 
There will be a readme and a script for setup to link this into your
Linux source tree. OK ?
