[openib-general] Flashing Mellanox MT23108

Hi,

can anyone tell me how to flash a Mellanox MT23108 card with
mstflint. When I try the firmware file fw-23108-a1-rel.mlx from
Mellanox I get

$ mstflint -d /proc/bus/pci/03/00.0 -i fw-23108-a1-rel.mlx b
Not a valid image
