[openib-general] link availability

If you would like to connect to InfiniBand HCA cards - 
All you need to do is 
1. attach an IB cable between them
2. have IB stack running on each one of the machines (might be any stack you
want)
3. have an SM run on one of the machines.

My proposal is that depending on the kernel you have installed on the
machines install OpenIB (if 2.6.11 or 2.6.12) stack or Mellanox IBGD or
others (for the rest)
And then start OpenSM.
