Hi,

did you try dapl_beta2.06.tgz ?
this is the last version with dapl1.1 headers
from dapl_gamma* it is dapl1.2 headers

try download : Download dapl_beta2.06.tgz

Note that in openib trunk there is a working version kdapl but is dapl1.2
with some linux style changes
