Does anyone object to moving the diagnostic and OpenSM related libraries
and binaries directly under /usr/local/[lib bin] rather than
/usr/local/ib/[lib bin] ?

I am presuming that the includes would be left in
/usr/local/include/infiniband/[complib iba opensm vendor].
