[EZ] So the path /usr/local/include/infiniband is not relative to the user
defined prefix?
This is a little hard coded. Can we say maybe that if one wants to place the
include under /usr/local/include then the bin should be placed under
/usr/local/bin ?
Why do we need to invent a new concept where the include and bin use a
different prefix?

[EZ] Will it be OK if the include will be placed under prefix/include and
will be linked to the proper subdirectory of /usr/local/include/infiniband ?
