[openib-general] [PATCH] uat: make uat.c compile on 2.6.13-rc3

What is the status of this patch?  (Changes class_simple_* to class_* )

I tried to compile on a 2.6.13-rc5 system (OpenSuSE 10.0 Beta 1) and got the
error that this patch should have fixed.

(The ucm patch is also missing.)
