[openib-general] did anyone execute the ucm_simple (user level CM example)? i fail ed to execute this example

The hard-coded GID parameters in simple.c are likely the problem.

I am in the process of replacing ucm_simple with a test program that 
will make use of address translation services, establish a connection, 
and perform data transfers.  (It's essentially a port of the kernel 
cmpost test program to userspace.)
