The latest check-in added support for SDP.

Can you look over the CMA/ib_addr code and see if what is done meets your needs
(minus support for IPv6)? I've never tested the CMA using an address of
127.0.0.1, so I'm not sure what it would do in that case. I'm also not sure if
it makes sense for the CMA to handle that case...
I will review this patch early next week.
