All of the code that I know of is checked in to the subversion tree under
    https://openib.org/svn/gen2/trunk

However this should provide lots of examples on using the kernel verbs.
In particular the IPoIB driver makes use of nearly everything.

In addition the code is commented with kerneldocs comments, so "make
htmldocs" will provide some API reference.
