3.2 is fine with me but the openib driver was complaining that i need to
upgrade to 3.3 and i believe the driver is not happy about this. I've not
used openib before as i'm using the topspin's ib kernel modules.

I've seen the firmware on the mellanox web site but the format of the
files do seem different than the topspin ones. I've seen on this mailing
list that some people have mentioned mellanox tools for converting images
but as i'm using topspin, it will be tricky to convert the file in the
right format, i believe.
