[openib-general] create QP in user level which fails doesn't change the value of e rrno

When i try to create a QP in user level, and this creation fails (for
example, try to use inline_data = 10000), the value of errno doesn't
indicate that there was any problem.

I think that the problem is that the creation of the QP fails from the user
level part of the driver.

should i "trust" the value of errno?
