I am sure I got the RPC stuff wrong.  I just wanted to make it compile
against James's kDAPL and inside the drivers/infiniband directory.

Where can I find the 2.6.11 version of the patch?

Well, there is going to be an openib branch because of the *DAPL
changes.  Better sooner than later.
