I should be able to get to it before the end of this week.

Keep in mind that this won't help uDAPL, since filling out this
function in the kernel does nothing to get the information to
userspace.  If this is blocking you, you should be able to fill in
reasonable defaults to make progress.  I can't imagine an application
depends on knowing the exact values of these limits.
