[openib-general] kernel 2.6.11 and userland packages?

I have in my office a shiny new kernel.org 2.6.11 64 bit kernel running
on my Mac G5, with the drivers/infiniband modules loaded.

What do I need to do to verify this all works?

Also, I'd really like to make debian packages of the userland utilities
and libraries, and get a debian/ subdirectory into the subversion
release, so the packages can be rebuilt easily.

Where should I start on this?

Somone asked my why I work on this free (http://www.fsf.org/philosophy/)
software stuff and not get a real job. Charles Shultz had the best answer:

"Why do musicians compose symphonies and poets write poems? They do it
because life wouldn't have any meaning for them if they didn't. That's why
I draw cartoons. It's my life." -- Charles Shultz
