The initiator number may be slightly bogus but the target number is
correct.  Each RDMA request takes 32 bytes of context memory at the
target, so I don't see how a driver could support 64K outstanding
RDMAs per QP (that would be 64K * 32 bytes * ~64K possible QPs = 128GB
of context memory).
