I don't think that they effect those files directly.  BUT, I didn't 
test against these two files, and I don't even think that I included 
them in my compile, which is an obvious oversight.

It might be possible to remove the internal MR in user_mad.c, but that 
could still come in a separate patch.

Something needs to be done to support RMPP in usermode, but I haven't 
thought that far ahead yet.
