[openib-general] [RMPP] vendor-specific OUI field in RMPP MADs

For vendor-specific MADs 0x30-0x4F, does anyone know if the OUI is 
repeated in every RMPP segment?  My assumption is that it does, but I 
can't locate a specific statement in the spec that confirms this.
