[openib-general] HCA Firmware

Next FW release (3.3.3) will support 64K pages.
If someone need it now please approach me to get a drop RC.

Yes, but default is 16K - so most folks will be using that.
AFAIK, only SGI/SuSE kernels use 64K by default.
